Responsibilities

• Lead residential and commercial AV installations from rough-in through final commissioning.

• Install, build, and lace equipment racks to industry standards.
• Configure and troubleshoot advanced networks and connected devices.
• Diagnose complex system issues and provide effective solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and support to field technicians.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain documentation, labeling, and quality control standards.
• Train and mentor junior technicians to elevate team performance.
• Deliver a professional, white-glove customer experience on every project.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of residential or commercial AV integration experience
• Previous experience leading technicians and projects

• Clean driving record and ability to pass background screening

Schedule

Full-Time: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

On-Call Rotation: Approximately one week per month

Emergency truck rolls compensated at $150 per call.

Las Vegas, Nevada

This is an in-person leadership position serving clients throughout the Las Vegas Valley and surrounding areas. This is not a remote role.
