Job summary

Alliance Audio Visual in the United States is seeking a Lead Audio Visual Technician to lead technical teams, oversee event production, and uphold standards of professionalism, reliability, and high-quality service. This role requires strong leadership, clear communication and the ability to supervise both full-time and part-time staff.

You will coordinate staffing, manage client and venue relationships, ensure onsite excellence, and maintain equipment readiness across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of audio-visual event production with leadership experience.
• Ability to read and interpret complex AV specifications and schematics.
• Strong interpersonal skills to lead a team and communicate with clients and venues.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technicians across all phases of event production.
• Coordinate staffing and equipment needs, with real-time operational adjustments.
• Train staff on procedures, safety, and performance expectations.
• Maintain client and venue relationships and ensure flawless event execution.
• Audit equipment paperwork and oversee lifecycle from prep to return.
