Responsibilities include site checks, coordinating Run of Show, and ensuring assets are available. Strong organization, attention to detail, and collaboration with all show staff are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years industry experience.
• Degree in Live Sound/Show Production preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
• Strong knowledge of AV equipment and live productions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical aspects of productions as part of the team.
• Set up, operate, and strike AV equipment for events under direction.
• Attend site checks and ensure on-time production timelines.
• Coordinate with warehouse and venue staff to secure assets and sub-rentals.
• Support Run of Show with other staff for smooth event delivery.
• Maintain knowledge of all show aspects for transitions and roles.
• Play or transfer media for client displays and relaying media to PM.
