Job summary

S&L Integrated in Thomasville, GA is seeking a Lead AV Technician to lead installation of audio, video, and lighting systems in commercial venues. This hands-on role ensures on-time, on-spec project delivery. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in AV integration, strong troubleshooting, ability to read blueprints and schematics, and experience supervising technicians.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in AV integration in a commercial environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical problem solving skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics and interpret signal flow.

Responsibilities

• Set up, test, calibrate, and tune AV systems to scope and standards.
• Interact with customers to address questions and concerns.
• Train customers on systems as needed.
• Supervise other technicians to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Report on-site risks and issues to project managers to keep on schedule.
• Track time spent on each job and report it in the company system.
• Other duties as assigned.
