Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years designing hardware/software AV/IT solutions.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or similar drafting software.
• Experience with videoconferencing standards and control systems (Crestron, AMX, Extron).
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Formulate high-level AV and data center architecture and design current systems.
• Create comprehensive drawing packages and BOMs.
• Lead site surveys, scope development, and project cost estimates.
• Develop test plans and troubleshoot AV/IT networks.
• Provide on-site training and mentor junior staff.
