Job summary

Ultimate Technologies Group seeks an experienced Audio-Visual Design Engineer to craft high-quality AV systems for clients worldwide. You will design, install, and ensure operation of complex AV solutions while collaborating with clients and internal teams.

The role emphasizes project-management duties, staying ahead of industry trends, and providing client training to maximize system value and performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in audio-visual technology, electrical engineering, computer science, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in designing, installing and maintaining audio-visual systems.
CTS certification is desirable and beneficial.
Experience with D-Tools, Bluebeam, and Microsoft software is preferred.

Responsibilities

Design comprehensive AV systems to meet client requirements and ensure performance.
Support installation and integration of AV systems per design specs.
Assist Project Manager with planning, scheduling, budgeting, and client/vendor coordination.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices to keep solutions cutting-edge.
Conduct client training to ensure effective use of AV systems.
Create and maintain detailed project documentation, diagrams, BOMs, manuals, and logs.
