Job summary

Daisy seeks a Senior Account Manager in New York to drive outside sales across high-end residential, commercial, restaurant, hospitality, MDU, and D2C markets. You will lead client relationships, propose projects, and ensure revenue health while collaborating across departments for flawless project execution.

Ideal candidates boast 10+ years in client-facing AV sales, strong networking, and a proven track record with VIP clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of client-facing sales in AV home or commercial automation.
• 8+ years outside sales in smart home AV with an established lead book.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized with strong time-management abilities.
• Aptitude with multiple software platforms.
• Comfortable selling to VIP clientele; project management a plus.
• Business-to-client experience required; smart home integration sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research, source, and create prospective client leads for large-scale projects.
• Manage relationships with current clients; grow referrals and trade partners.
• Maintain a minimum quota of $5 million in annual sales.
• Present offerings and project samples to expand the client base.
• Assist in proposals, contracts, and scope of work for projects.
• Coordinate with design and project management to monitor progress.
• Conduct site visits to verify milestones and client satisfaction.
• Prepare and present sales activity reports for all contacts and opportunities.
• Communicate changes with stakeholders; manage change orders and labor scope.
• Support design team in commissioning installed systems; grow client relationships.
