Job summary

Cardinal Health in Cranbury, NJ is seeking a Lead Tech for Operations Maintenance to oversee the AutoStore (AS) and SLAM at fully automated locations. You will maintain equipment, manage parts inventory, and coordinate with PSI/Swisslog for repairs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with commercial operating systems and general maintenance procedures.
• 2+ years of work order management preferred.
• Experience with electrical and electronic principles and industrial electronics.
• Able to complete training to become a PSI SLAM Line and Swisslog-Super User; diagnose and repair system issues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain the operational readiness of AutoStore and SLAM at fully automated locations.
• Inventory and account for repair parts for AS and SLAM; order replacements as needed.
• Protect and improve asset value; ensure ASRS and distribution equipment perform as intended.
• Implement and manage reliability-based maintenance; perform inspections and preventive tasks.
• Monitor equipment, review logs, and report problems; coordinate with PSI/Swisslog support.
• Oversee contractor work, demonstrations, or training within ASRS distribution and SLAM lines.
