Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an engineer to architect and develop advanced software for multi-vehicle autonomy in complex, contested environments. You will design, implement, and test autonomy software for embedded systems, integrate existing work into a unified architecture, and contribute AI/ML features for autonomous flight and crewed-uncrewed collaboration.

Occasional travel to remote test events is possible; the role requires a Bachelor's or higher and 4+ years of AI/robotics software experience,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant STEM field.
• 4+ years of software development/R&D in AI for robotics and autonomous systems.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop software for multi-vehicle autonomy.
• Design, implement, and test autonomy software for embedded systems.
• Support presentation of technical results to customers.
• Support integration of existing work into a unified software architecture.
• Develop software for AI/ML programs relating to autonomous flight.
• Occasional travel to remote test events.
