Job summary

Applied Intuition is seeking simulation engineers to design elegant solutions for autonomy and mobility. You will work with VehicleSim and ADP-based applications, collecting user feedback to steer product direction and owning technical and product decisions with a hands-on, user-focused approach.

You will collaborate with automotive customers, develop new applications, document software, and test new versions while training customers remotely or onsite.

Qualifications

• MS in Mechanical Engineering or BS with relevant industry experience.
• 5+ years in automotive industry.
• Experience using simulation software such as CarSim, Simulink, CarMaker, Adams, or similar tools.
• Evaluated vehicle dynamics behavior at the system level.
• Experience evaluating Advanced Driver Assistance Systems at the system level.
• Familiarity using AI tooling to accelerate development safely.

Responsibilities

• Develop new applications that can be used and then modified by automotive customers to improve their simulations.
• Collaborate closely with automotive customers to provide technical support and collect data for new feature development.
• Create thorough documentation for new and existing software applications.
• Test and provide feedback for new versions of our software.
• Work closely with cross functional team to develop and conduct customer training remotely and onsite.
