Job summary

STR is seeking an Autonomy Algorithms Senior Software Engineer to design, implement, and integrate advanced algorithms and software for autonomous platforms. Hybrid work options include Woburn, MA, Arlington, VA, or Dayton, OH.

You will lead and mentor a small team, work with researchers to translate complex mathematical concepts into reliable software, and contribute across the full software lifecycle in a DevSecOps environment.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Proven ability to develop, implement, integrate, and test autonomy algorithms and software.
• Experience with backend algorithmic development and data structures.

Responsibilities
