NDX Human Capital Solutions is recruiting a Senior Engineer – Autonomy & Active Safety in Oshkosh, WI. The role focuses on design, development, integration, and validation of autonomy and active safety systems, combining hands-on vehicle testing and software development to ensure robust ADAS and UGV control.

Under supervision, you will perform engineering calculations, support test plans, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering with 3+ years of related experience.
• Experience in autonomy, active safety, ADAS, or unmanned vehicle systems is a standout.
• Familiarity with CAN-based diagnostic tools (CANoe/CANalyzer/CANape) and vehicle software validation.
• Ability to write requirements and design documentation; develop test plans and reports.
• Experience with vehicle testing, HIL, and software tool development.

Responsabilidades

• Design, development, integration, and validation of autonomy and active safety systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop system requirements and test plans.
• Provide guidance to junior engineers and technicians on projects.
• Perform engineering calculations, software development, and hardware selection under supervision.
• Travel to off-site vehicle sites for testing and integration as needed.
• Utilize CAN bus tools and software to validate performance and reliability.
