Med-National Staffing Inc. seeks a Senior Vehicle Systems Engineer to lead validation of autonomy and active safety systems for vehicle applications in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Role blends systems engineering, HIL testing, software evaluation, and data analysis.

The ideal candidate has an engineering background in automotive systems, with ADAS/autonomy experience and strong troubleshooting, planning, and communication skills. Position is fully onsite with travel to testing locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Accredited bachelor’s degree in Computer, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• At least three years of related engineering experience.
• Experience with automotive systems, vehicle integration, controls, or validation/test.
• Ability to interpret specs and develop structured evaluation plans.

Responsabilités

• Develop and document system requirements, test plans, verification methods, and findings.
• Compare vehicle performance to specifications and determine evaluation methods.
• Support validation of ADAS, autonomy, and unmanned vehicle systems.
• Conduct and support vehicle-level and HIL testing.
• Use CAN tools to investigate system behavior.
• Troubleshoot issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Plan activities and guide technicians during tests and data collection.
• Develop software tools and test automation for validation efficiency.
• Provide recommendations to design teams based on results.
• Assist system architecture development using modeling tools.
• Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Prepare technical reports, project estimates, and proposals.
