Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Mechatronics/Aerospace or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience working on autonomous or safety-critical systems.
• Hands-on experience with systems engineering processes (V Model, requirements documentation, traceability, verification & validation).
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience in interdisciplinary teams building robotic or autonomous vehicle systems with safety-critical components.
• Exposure to functional safety and SOTIF concepts.
• Strong communication of technical issues to both engineers and non-engineers.
• Hands-on, proactive approach and willingness to engage deeply.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, analysis, and verification & validation of assigned subsystems within the autonomous vehicle system architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy autonomous driving systems.
• Define and track KPIs to support data-driven engineering and system performance.
• Build data collection and analysis pipelines for verification & validation processes.
• Author and maintain requirements documentation, traceability, and system architecture artifacts.
• Define system behaviors for critical safety scenarios and contribute to robust designs.
• Surface risks early and coordinate solutions with involved teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering practices.
• Travel up to 25%.
