We seek engineers who can own subsystems, write clear requirements, and collaborate across disciplines to push the safety and reliability of autonomous operations.

Based in New York, you’ll contribute to real-world deployments for major airlines and service providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Mechatronics/Aerospace or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in autonomous or safety-critical systems.
• Experience with V Model, requirements docs, traceability and V&V.
• Python and SQL proficiency; strong cross-functional communication.
• Exposure to functional safety and SOTIF concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own design, analysis, and verification of subsystems in the autonomous vehicle system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy autonomous driving systems.
• Define and track KPIs for engineering performance and safety.
• Build data collection and analysis pipelines for V&V processes.
• Maintain requirements docs, traceability, and architecture artifacts.
• Define system behaviors for safety-critical scenarios and robust designs.
• Surface risks early and coordinate mitigations with teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering practices.
• Travel up to 25%.
