Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field; equivalent experience considered.
Minimum 5 years of relevant surface mining or mining-technology experience.
Experience with autonomous mining technologies and data analysis.

Responsibilities

Analyze autonomous haulage performance using data, simulation, and mining principles.
Define KPIs and system-performance data to identify improvements.
Lead site-readiness assessments and operational modelling for autonomous deployments.
Support configuration, testing, commissioning, and validation of autonomous solutions.
Provide technical guidance to customers and internal stakeholders on best practices.
Develop and maintain training materials, workflows, and documentation.
Contribute to commercial proposals with productivity modelling and cost analyses.
