Job summary

Komatsu Mining Technology Solutions in Tucson, AZ is seeking an AHS Product Engineer II to provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement for the FrontRunner AHS.

Working with the Global Support organization, you will diagnose complex issues, validate software deployments, and maintain technical documentation while interacting with regional teams and mine-site customers. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience troubleshooting and supporting complex software or integrated technical systems.
• Ability to investigate issues, test solutions, and escalate when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for FrontRunner AHS, investigating incidents and service requests.
• Troubleshoot software, networking, database, and configuration issues using logs and diagnostics.
• Own technical issues from identification to resolution and escalation as needed.
• Support and lead AHS deployments and upgrades according to documented procedures.
• Perform system checkout, testing, and post‑deployment validation.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge‑base content.
• Mentor Product Engineer I and other team members to standardize practices.
• Communicate status, risks, and actions clearly to regional teams and stakeholders.
• Participate in after‑hours support and travel to customer sites and regions.
