Caterpillar Inc. is seeking an Autonomy Engineering Specialist to help advance autonomous mining truck development at the Tucson Proving Grounds in Green Valley, AZ. You will help triage software issues and drive high-quality, rapid delivery of Command for Hauling across cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration, root cause analysis, and working with a global delivery organization to bring new features from concept to production.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of software development life cycle and issue management.
• Experience troubleshooting integrated systems and analyzing software problems in complex systems.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate across global delivery teams.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and scripting languages for issue evaluation and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities
