Job summary

CodeRoad seeks an experienced Lead Agentic AI Engineer to architect and operationalize enterprise-grade autonomous agents within Salesforce. You will lead stateful workflow design, integrate with Claude ecosystems, and ensure secure, high-throughput deployments.

You will define evaluation pipelines, architectural standards, and cross-functional guidelines to deliver reliable agentics across CRM, Data Cloud, and core systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on enterprise software engineering experience.
• 3+ years building, evaluating, and scaling LLM-powered apps and autonomous workflows.
• Expert with LangGraph/LangChain, Claude APIs, MCP, and observability tools.
• Hands-on with automated LLM evaluation suites (Promptfoo, Ragas, etc.).
• Strong diagnostic debugging to isolate non-deterministic LLM behavior.
• Excellent consultative English communication for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Architect stateful multi-agent coordination graphs with dynamic task decomposition and supervisor orchestration.
• Build MCP servers and connectors exposing Salesforce tools and contexts to agents.
• Optimize model tier routing to balance latency, accuracy, and token spend.
• Design automated evaluation harnesses integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement full-stack observability and defense-in-depth security for agentics.
• Lead API contracts, development patterns, and architectural blueprints for teams.
