Job summary

MSX International seeks an Automotive Technical Training Curriculum Developer in Auburn Hills, MI. This senior role creates instructor-led, virtual, self-study, and web-based training content for an OEM program, translating complex vehicle systems into practical learning materials.

You will collaborate with technical stakeholders, manage curriculum projects from discovery to release, and ensure quality through detailed assessments, graphics, and media. Some travel is required.

Qualifications

• Five (5)+ years of automotive technician experience with hands-on diagnostics and repair.
• Seven (7)+ years of automotive technical instructional design or curriculum development.
• Ability to design and write instructor-led and web-based training using modern methods.

Responsibilities

• Design and update instructor-led, virtual, self-study, web-based, and vehicle-launch training.
• Create guides, presentations, objectives, storyboards, job aids, assessments, and media.
• Develop hands-on courses and iPad-compatible learning materials.
• Build SCORM-compliant eLearning using Storyline 360 and Rise 360.
• Develop and revise assessments aligned to learning objectives.
• Research vehicle systems and procedures using OEM resources.
