Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical education or manufacturer sponsored training preferred.
• Five (5) years' experience as a manufacturer specific technician or instructor preferred.
• Expertise in instruction and ability to adapt content for diverse learners.
• Strong communication and rapport-building with students and partners.

Responsibilities

• Organize, communicate, and deliver learning objectives in clear, well-paced lessons across classroom and lab content.
• Test and evaluate student performance.
• Counsel and guide at‑risk students with proper documentation.
• Coordinate training, staffing, vehicles, and equipment with UTI and OEM leadership.
• Support recruitment and placement of students to MSAT programs.
• Develop curriculum from OEM products and service manuals, including lesson plans and demonstrations.
• Deliver prepared curriculum via multimedia techniques.
• Supervise students to ensure participation and motivation.
• Maintain safe, clean environments meeting OEM standards.
• Prepare and deliver activity reports; manage travel and delivery expenses.
