The Senior Technician at Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) will diagnose drivability and electrical systems while leading a small team toward improved customer care. Qualifications

• Valid driver's license at all times.
• Experience with brakes/hydraulics and steering/suspension.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair brake, hydraulic, electrical and suspension systems.
• Explain diagnoses and repairs to non-technical customers.
• Stay current with automotive technology through training.
• Assist and train technicians as needed.
• Pursue ASE certifications (A1–A8) within two years with company support.
