Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while leading a team to improve customer care and satisfaction. The role rewards skilled professionals with a flat-rate pay model reflecting regional earning potential.

The Senior Technician will stay current with automotive tech via formal training and must obtain ASE certifications within two years, with company support for tests and fees. This is an on-site role in Duluth, GA.

Qualifications

• 3 years automotive repair experience, demonstrated skills via assessments/certifications.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people.
• Reading, writing and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brakes and hydraulics, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension and alignment, A/C and computer systems.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals.
• Stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology through continuous paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians/mechanics in performing technical activities.
