Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while guiding a team toward higher customer care and satisfaction. The role uses a flat-rate pay model based on tasks completed, with the shown range reflecting regional potential.

The Senior Technician will participate in ongoing paid training, maintain ASE certifications, and contribute to a culture focused on safety, quality and excellence in service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license at all times.
• Brakes & hydraulics and/or steering & suspension skills.
• General automotive maintenance & tire repair.
• Current federal, state and local certification/license where applicable.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people.
• Reading, writing and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications – brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension and alignment, A/C.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical customers.
• Stay current with automotive tech through paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications within the first two years of employment.
