Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems and lead a small team toward higher customer care. The role emphasizes mentoring and continuous learning to stay current with automotive technology.

Pay ranges from $21.63 to $35.52 per hour, with a flat-rate pay model and company-paid ASE certifications. Strong brakes, hydraulics, suspension, and electrical expertise are valued.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid automobile driver's license.
• Reading, writing and math skills.
• ASE certifications in at least three of A1–A8 within two years (tests and fees paid by company).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications for brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension, alignment and A/C.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to non‑mechanical customers.
• Stay current with automotive technology via paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians/mechanics in technical tasks.
• Maintain ASE certifications; tests paid by Bridgestone; bonus per test passed.
