Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while leading a team to enhance customer care and satisfaction. The role offers a performance-based flat-rate pay structure.

Pay Range: $20.60 - $34.15 per hour. Bridgestone emphasizes ongoing training, ASE certifications, and comprehensive benefits for eligible teammates.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and ability to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Demonstrated skill in brakes and hydraulics systems and/or steering & suspension and alignments.
• Reading, writing and math skills are required.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications – brake and hydraulic, exhaust, ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical people.
• Stay current with automotive technology through paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications in at least three of A1–A8 within first two years of employment (tests and fees paid by company).
