Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while leading a team toward improved customer care and satisfaction. Pay range reflects flat-rate, regionally adjusted productivity and a $2,000 sign-on bonus for first-time hires.

Qualifications

• Valid automobile driver's license at all times.
• Demonstrated skill in brakes and hydraulics and/or steering, suspension and alignments.
• Skilled in general automotive maintenance and tire repair.
• Current federal, state and local certification/license where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications – brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension, A/C and computer systems.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-technical individuals.
• Stay current with automotive tech through paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications (A1–A8) within two years; tests paid by company; bonus for tests passed.
