Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while leading a team toward high customer satisfaction. The role offers a flat-rate pay model with earnings reflecting regional work volume and personal productivity.

The successful candidate will train continuously, pursue ASE certifications, and contribute to a culture of quality and safety within a busy service environment.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
• Experience with brakes, hydraulics, steering, suspension and alignments.
• Able to explain repairs to customers and stay current with automotive tech.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair brake/hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension and A/C systems.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanics.
• Stay current with automotive technology through paid training.
• Assist and train technicians.
• Pursue ASE certifications within two years; test fees paid by company; bonus for tests.
