Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems and to lead a team toward improved customer care and satisfaction. The role emphasizes mentoring technicians while performing complex repairs.

This position offers a competitive pay range in a performance-based flat-rate structure, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan. ASE certifications are encouraged and supported by the company.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid automobile driver’s license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• 3 years of automotive repair experience or demonstrated skills via third party assessments/certifications.
• ASE certification in at least one A1-A8 (L1 acceptable) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications—brake, hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension, alignment, and A/C systems.
• Explain technical diagnoses and repairs to customers in understandable terms.
• Stay current with automotive technology through ongoing paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
