AutoNation in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an Experienced Automotive Service Technician to perform vehicle repairs and maintenance to dealer and factory standards, building trust with customers and ensuring safety and reliability.

You will work alongside tenured technicians in a busy, climate-controlled shop, with paid OEM training, longevity bonuses, generous PTO, health insurance, and clear career paths across service, management, and corporate roles.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of automotive technician experience.
• Automotive technical training as needed.
• Valid in-state driver's license with safe driving record.
• Attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and maintenance per repair order.
• Communicate with Parts and Service Advisors regularly.
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs when authorized.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and recommend safety improvements.
• Document work on the repair order and manage tools.
• Stay current with factory bulletins and training.
