Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician.
• Automotive technical training (varies by store).
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Valid in-state driver's license with a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and maintenance as outlined on repair orders to dealer and factory standards.
• Communicate with Parts and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs as authorized by the customer.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and recommend safety improvements.
• Document work on repair orders and maintain tool inventory.
• Stay current with factory bulletins and participate in training.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
