AutoNation's Audi Las Vegas location is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician. The role involves performing repairs and maintenance, diagnosing issues, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of automotive technician experience.
• Automotive technical training (store needs).
• Attention to detail and organization.
• Valid in-state driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance as per repair order and standards to drive customer loyalty.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnose malfunctions and repair if Authorized by customer.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and recommend safety improvements.
• Document work performed on the repair order.
• Maintain inventory of special tools not normally inventoried by the service dept.
• Keep up with factory bulletins and participate in training classes.
