Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group at Napleton Hyundai of Carmel is seeking an Automotive Master Technician. This role fixes vehicles to dealer and factory standards, building customer loyalty by delivering trustworthy diagnosis and repair.

You will diagnose and repair systems including brakes, hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension, A/C and computer controls, while maintaining an organized service bay and staying current through training. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Journeyman Technician.
• Self-starter who is process-driven.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.
• 18+ years old to comply with driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals as required.
• Continuously update technical skills through formal training sessions.
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintain an organized and neat service bay.
