Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group seeks an Automotive Master Technician for Hyundai of Carmel. This A Level Technician will diagnose and repair vehicles to dealer and factory standards, building customer loyalty through trusted service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Journeyman Technician.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications for brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension, A/C and computer systems.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to customers or staff.
• Continuously update technical skills through formal training sessions.
• Keep management informed of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintain an organized and neat service bay.
