Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Technician for Napleton Hyundai of Carmel, to repair and maintain vehicles per dealer and factory standards. You will diagnose issues, communicate with Parts and Service Advisors, and build trust with customers through accurate, transparent work.

Qualifications

• Automotive Service Technician experience.
• ASE certification desirable.
• Excellent customer service.
• Strong communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to undergo a background check as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair/maintenance per repair order and standards.
• Communicate with Parts and Service Advisors to manage production and customer updates.
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Explain diagnoses and repairs to customers and staff clearly.
• Stay current with factory bulletins and training.
• Notify management of mechanical issues as they arise.
• Maintain an organized work area.
