Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Master Technician at Napleton Genesis of Carmel. This is an exciting opportunity in a fast-paced industry with strong growth potential. As a Master Technician you will diagnose and repair to specifications across brakes, hydraulic systems, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension, A/C and computer systems, while building customer loyalty through trust and quality work.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Journeyman Technician required.
• Self-starter who is process-driven.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.
• 18+ years of age or older per policy.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications across brakes, hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension, A/C and computer systems.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to customers and staff.
• Continuously update technical skills through formal training sessions.
• Keep management informed of mechanical issues as they occur.
• Maintain an organized and neat service bay.
