Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems, leading a team to improve customer care and satisfaction in a fast-paced auto service environment.

You will diagnose, repair, and explain repairs while staying up-to-date with automotive tech and pursuing ASE certifications, with a compensation model that rewards performance and mastery.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications – brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-technical people.
• Stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology through continuous paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications in at least three of A1–A8 within first two years of employment.
