Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while leveraging leadership and mentoring to boost customer satisfaction. The role offers flat-rate pay and a $2,000 sign-on bonus for first-time hires, with pay range of $18.54–$31.62 per hour.

Training and ASE certifications are provided to advance skills. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, ignition, suspension, A/C and computer systems, and

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license at all times.
• Ability to explain technical diagnoses to non-technical people.
• Reading, writing and math skills.
• Demonstrated skill in brakes and hydraulics and/or steering & suspension and alignments.
• Current federal, state and local certification/license where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Explain diagnoses and repairs to non-mechanical customers.
• Stay current with automotive technology through ongoing paid training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications within first two years (fees paid by company; bonus for each test passed).
