Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while guiding a team toward improved customer care and satisfaction. The role uses a flat-rate pay model with a pay range of $19.57–$30.85 per hour, with opportunities for ASE certifications.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid automobile driver's license.
• Brakes, hydraulics, steering & suspension, alignments experience.
• General automotive maintenance & tire repair skills.
• Current federal, state and local certification/license where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications including brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, ignition, suspension and electrical systems.
• Explain diagnoses and repairs to non-technical customers.
• Stay current with automotive technology through paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications within first 2 years (fees paid by company).
