Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking a Senior Technician in Maryland to diagnose drivability and electrical systems, lead a small team, and drive customer satisfaction. The role emphasizes mentorship and ongoing training to stay current with automotive technology.

Qualifications

• ASE certifications in at least three of A1–A8 within two years of employment.
• Valid automobile driver's license at all times.
• 3 years automotive repair experience or completion of a Vocational-Technical program.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications—brake and hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension and alignment, A/C and computer systems.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical customers.
• Stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology through ongoing paid training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications in at least three of A1–A8 within first two years.
