Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks a Senior Technician in Tucson to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while guiding a team toward better customer care. The role emphasizes leadership, on-the-job training, and ongoing formal training with ASE certifications.

You will work under a performance-based flat-rate pay model with a $2,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits starting on day one, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid vacation, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 3 years automotive repair experience or equivalent
• ASE certification in at least one of A1-A8 (L1 acceptable)
• Ability to explain technical information to customers clearly

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension and A/C per manufacturer specs.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to customers in plain language.
• Remain current with automotive technology through ongoing training and certifications.
• Assist and mentor technicians to improve team performance.
