Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Denver, CO seeks a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems and mentor a team toward high customer satisfaction. You will diagnose brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, ignition, suspension, A/C and computer systems, while training teammates and staying current with automotive technology.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of auto repair experience, ASE certifications (A1–A8, or L1), strong communication skills, and a commitment to ongoing

Qualifications

• Three years of automotive repair experience or equivalent
• Must have a valid driver’s license at all times
• ASE certification in at least three A1–A8 (or L1) preferred
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications (brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, ignition, suspension, A/C, electrical)
• Explain diagnoses and repairs clearly to customers
• Stay current with automotive technology through ongoing paid training
• Assist and train junior technicians and apprentices
• Maintain ASE certifications within the first two years where applicable
