Job summary

Bridgestone America, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technician in Wisconsin to diagnose drivability and electrical systems, mentor teammates, and improve customer care. The role offers a $1,750 sign-on bonus for first-time hires and a flat-rate pay model with a range of $20.60 to $33.47 per hour.

Applicants should pursue ASE certifications, maintain a valid driver's license, and stay current with automotive technology through paid training and certifications.

Qualifications

• ASE certifications in at least three of A1-A8 within two years is expected.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times.
• Strong brake/hydraulics, steering and suspension skills required.
• Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical customers.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications (brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, fuel, electrical, A/C, suspension).
• Explain diagnoses and repairs to customers in plain language.
• Stay current with evolving automotive tech through paid training.
• Assist and train technicians; obtain ASE certifications as needed.
