Qualifications

• Brake and hydraulic systems knowledge
• Electrical and computer systems understanding
• Ability to communicate technical info to non-technical people

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension, and A/C
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to non-technical customers
• Stay current with automotive technology through paid formal training
• Assist and train technicians in technical activities
• Maintain ASE certifications within two years
