Job summary

Bridgestone America, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems, applying leadership to improve customer care and satisfaction. This role supports BSRO store operations across the region.

We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus for state inspection certs, a flat-rate pay model with pay range $22.66–$31.12 per hour, and comprehensive benefits from day one, plus ongoing training and growth opportunities in a dynamic auto service environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years automotive repair experience or vocational-technical training.
• A.S.E. certification in A1-A8 (L1 acceptable).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicles.
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical people.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair brake, hydraulic, exhaust and electrical systems.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to customers.
• Stay current with automotive technology through paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications within first two years of employment.
