Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems and lead a team toward higher customer care. This role offers a flat-rate pay model with a pay range of $20.60–$30.85 per hour, reflecting regional variation and experience.

You will stay current with automotive tech via ongoing paid training, help develop teammates, and pursue ASE certifications within two years.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license at all times.
• Demonstrated skill in brakes and hydraulics and/or steering & suspension.
• General automotive maintenance and tire repair skills.
• Current federal, state and local certification/license where applicable.
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical people.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Clearly explain diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals.
• Stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology through formal paid training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications in at least three of A1–A8 within two years.
