Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while using leadership and mentoring to drive a team toward higher customer care and satisfaction. The role offers performance-based flat-rate pay and opportunities to grow through ASE certifications.

Responsibilities include diagnosing complex issues, training teammates, and staying current with automotive technologies through paid training.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Strong skills in brakes, hydraulics, steering, suspension and alignments.
• Experience with general automotive maintenance and tire repair.
• Current federal, state and local certifications/licenses where applicable.
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical people.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications across brake, hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension and A/C systems.
• Clearly explain diagnoses and needed repairs to customers.
• Participate in ongoing paid formal training and certification.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
• Pursue ASE certifications within two years of employment (fees paid).
