Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems and lead a team toward higher customer care and satisfaction. A sign-on bonus of $1,500 is offered for first-time hires, with a pay range of $21.85–$40.01 per hour in the region.

You will perform brake, exhaust, ignition, suspension, and electrical work, with emphasis on quality and safety. Ongoing training and ASE certifications are supported.

Qualifications

• Minimum: valid driver's license and ability to drive customer/ company vehicles.
• Brakes/hydraulics, steering & suspension, and tire repair skills required.
• Must have a current federal/state/local certification where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications for brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension, and AC.
• Explain technical diagnoses to non-mechanics.
• Stay current with automotive tech through paid training.
• Assist and train technicians.
• Aim to obtain ASE certifications within two years.
