Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems, lead a team, and improve customer care. The role requires mentoring teammates and staying current with automotive technology through paid formal training.

We offer a competitive pay range of $23.00 to $40.25 per hour, a flat-rate compensation model, and benefits starting day one. ASE certifications are encouraged and supported as part of career development.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license at all times.
• Skills in brakes and hydraulics and/or steering & suspension.
• ASE certification in at least one of A1–A8 (L1 acceptable).
• Reading, writing and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications – brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, A/C and electronics.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-technical customers.
• Stay current with automotive technology through paid training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing tasks.
