Carvana is seeking an Automotive Technician to join our expanding team. You will diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems, perform routine maintenance and recalls, and communicate findings clearly to service staff while ensuring high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician in a dealership or reputable independent shop.
• Foundational knowledge of automotive systems including engines, brakes and tires.
• ASE certifications are highly preferred; OEM‑specific training is a plus.
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex automotive issues.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicle systems using specialized tools and manuals.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and factory recall campaigns accurately and efficiently.
• Document all services and communicate findings to the service advisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with technicians, parts staff and service advisors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Engage in ongoing training and share knowledge with junior technicians.
